This community has it all! Close to schools, shopping, and an aggressive development plan of conveniences. The floor plans had the features we were most concerned about —— oversized garages, gas cooking and a master bedroom with 2 wardrobe closets. The upgrade selections provided us with all we wanted. While development has been slow , quality has been high. Get here before it’s too late! Taxes are low and HOA fees are slightly above average.

After almost 2 years here, and at the end of 2025 we still love our Laurels community by Medallion! We got a brand new beautiful Club House this year with peaceful and great views from our secluded pool and spa area. You can walk around tranquil streets while enjoying looking at nice ponds from the neighboring communities. Peaceful life, g l8vereat neighbors, great villas made with quality! The first thing I would say about Medallion Home is to stay away. We spent over $1 million on a Medallion-built home at the Reserve at Twin Rivers in Parrish, which had fully documented warranty issues with a licensed third-party home inspector. Medallion Home ignored more than a spreadsheet page of items identified before closing. Nearly two years later, the warranty manager said, "Not our problem," which will now cost thousands of dollars to repair and litigate. These are dishonest folks. Don't do business with them.
