Our home was planned for a year, it took 2 years to complete, because of this all material went up and we got penalized with a 5% increase in the price of the home (not only the construction but also the land) Our "orientation" happened when there were still workers on site, so we could not identify all issues being that we have 1 year warranty we did not worry much... fast forward 3 month in the home and finding issues, many of them honored by the constructor but the most costly, such as placing doors in the wrong place (ac... read more

You will love these homes. All on acres of Land, very expensive but worth every penny. They are 1/2 million and up. Beautifully furnished. Must see..

Don't buy anything from Carlos ( owner of medallion) He has no clue what he is doing. We built with him In Parrish our fees went from 300 to 1600 In 2 years. Obviously he doesn't know how to budget or is a thief.
