They had a LOT of options to choose from! Thank goodness Johnna was there to help. She was fantastic!! Things went a little fast for me, but it takes a few hours to cover everything. Johnna was able to show our home in the brick that we chose, but not the exterior colors we chose. That was disappointing. My husband and I will just have to trust that we made good choices. Many thanks to Johnna and Bryon! You both represent Capital Homes very well!

Capital Homes, has been such wonderful experience. The entire team from the first visit on the website. To the invitation of a model home and the design center appointments! We are very pleased and content with the level of care they put into everything.

Wayne sat with me and helped me choose a home that I loved in my price range. Nate kept me posted all through the building process. Garage door opener and guttering were included. They also offer great incentives that help with closing costs and now I am living in a home that I absolutely love.

We have met and been working with Wayne! He is amazing and working with us on our new home build! He is willing to answer any questions, very responsive, respectful and explains things we don’t understand! I have loved working with him so far and his design team is amazing! It has been a pleasure every step of the way to this point! Cannot wait to have our DREAM HOME built and ready to occupy!
